As our new Tribe Lead, you will co-lead the CEI tribe, with +100 highly motivated and skilled colleagues, together with the tribe leadership team (IT Lead, Tribe Coach and Tribe Architect).

The tribe is completely new and will from the beginning compose of 8 Squads working across 6 locations (Copenhagen, Oslo, Stockholm, Helsinki, Vilnius and Bangalore).

All Product Owners and Business Chapter Leads will be reporting to you. As this is an area of central importance to our recently launched strategy, you are expected to significantly grow the team over the coming years while ensuring we build a strong culture aligned to our values.

Set the strategic direction and engage with stakeholders

You will be responsible for setting the direction and delivering the tooling and orchestration of our customer and advisor interactions by operationalising our (digital) engagement model.

To succeed, you will collaborate closely with colleagues across the value chain, from our advisors to our digital marketing experts - as well as your tribe colleagues delivering our channels and end-user systems.

As the Tribe Lead for CEI you have the responsibility for ensuring that we have seamless experiences across the different layers of our engagement model : That means we can deliver great customer experiences in our human- and digitally assisted layers and holistic advice through our expertise layers.

Furthermore, you have the responsibility for building a state-of-the-art MarTech stack to deliver proactive recommendations and advice using new technologies and behavioural insights and automation.

Furthermore, you will continuously engage with senior stakeholders to secure buy-in and present outcomes and progress to get feedback as well as proactively handle challenges and escalate unresolved issues.

Use data to deliver great customer experiences

You bring solid business knowledge and experience with customer engagement and advisory solutions & tooling and a natural interest for technology.

With your strong understanding of data architecture, you know how to use data to deliver great customer experiences and 360 advices.

For you, it is natural to take ownership of business outcomes and set the direction to enable your team to deliver on the strategic objectives of Danske Bank.

You can collect and prioritize customer preferences in an effective way considering both strategic objectives, tech aspects and legal requirements and then you possess a willingness to take calculated risks to improve the speed of development.

Furthermore, you are an executor known for your drive as well as your leadership and people skills. You lead through empowerment and are known for making people follow you.

You have a proven ability to build an agile culture characterized by an openness, collaboration, and autonomy. This said, you are also humble and eager to grow your own skills professionally and personally.
